On the track I Wonder if She Knew there is a line that says, "When Janis wrote these words I wonder if she knew". This refers to the song Me and Bobby McGee which was actually written by Kris Kristofferson. While Janis may have written down the words in order to memorize them for recording and concerts she never penned the original. Kristofferson is a brilliant song writer.
